How it works
The topic you're stuck on, from every paper.
- 1
Pick your subject
Your own subjects come first. Each one lists its syllabus topics, so you can go straight to the one you're stuck on.
- 2
Open a topic, or tick your own
Open the ready-made paper for a topic, or tick the topics, years, series and papers you want and see how many questions match.
- 3
Get the questions and the scheme
Two PDFs: the questions to print or work through on screen, and a separate mark scheme to check yourself against.
Two ways to practise.
Topic papers
Ready-made, one per topic
A question paper and a mark scheme for each topic, for 12 subjects. They open in your browser's own PDF viewer, to read, print or download. On a wide screen you can put the questions and the scheme side by side.
Worksheet builder · Early access
Built from what you tick
Choose the topics, years and papers, and get a PDF of exactly those past-paper questions with its own mark scheme. Big worksheets take a minute; you can leave the page and we'll tell you when it's ready. Everyone can make one free.
A worksheet that's only your topics.
Revising one chapter before a test, or the three you always lose marks on? Tick them, and the worksheet has nothing else in it.
Any mix of topics
Tick whole topics or single subtopics. Each shows how many questions it has with your paper choices.
The years and papers you want
Pick years (or Last 3, Last 5), the Feb/Mar, May/Jun or Oct/Nov series, papers and variants.
Only the parts you asked for
A question prints up to its last part on your topics. Earlier parts on other topics are greyed out, as context.
A mark scheme to match
A separate PDF, covering only the parts you picked, so checking your answers is quick.
Kept for you
Your worksheets stay in a list under the builder, ready to open again or to tick the same way next time.
Marked, if you like
Solved one on paper? Scan it and upload the PDF, and it's marked against the scheme like a past paper.

Real Cambridge questions
Every question and mark scheme comes from a Cambridge International past paper. We sort them by syllabus topic; we don't write them. AS students only see AS topics, and A Level students see the second-year topics marked A2.
Getting the most from it
- Do the questions before you open the mark scheme.
- Write full answers, as you would in the exam.
- Mark yourself against the scheme, or upload a worksheet to be marked.
- Go back to the topics where you lost the most marks.
Topical past paper questions
What are topical past papers?
Past-paper questions grouped by syllabus topic instead of by exam. Rather than a whole paper from one session, you get every question on, say, electricity or organic chemistry from several years, so you can practise one topic until it sticks.
Which subjects have topical past papers?
Ready-made topic papers with mark schemes for IGCSE Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Accounting, Business Studies, Economics and Information and Communication Technology, and AS & A Level Physics, Economics, Chemistry and Biology. You can also build your own worksheet for IGCSE Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and A Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Can I choose the years and papers?
Yes, with the worksheet builder. Tick the topics you want, then pick years, series (Feb/Mar, May/Jun, Oct/Nov), papers and variants. The question bank holds over 11,000 questions, from 2020 to 2025 for the IGCSE subjects and from 2022 or 2023 for A Level.
Do the worksheets come with mark schemes?
Yes. Every worksheet comes as two PDFs: the questions, and a separate mark scheme that covers only the parts you picked. Ready-made topic papers have their own mark scheme too, and on a wide screen you can open the two side by side.
Can my answers be marked?
Yes. Solve a worksheet on paper, scan it as one PDF and choose Mark my answers. It's marked against the mark scheme the same way the paper checker marks a past paper. Marking is in early access: your first marking is free, and after that you can ask to join the early-access group.
Is it free?
Making an account is free. The worksheet builder is in early access: everyone can make one worksheet free, and after that you can ask to join the early-access group. A worksheet you've made stays in your list either way.
Does it work for AS and A Level?
Yes. AS students only see AS topics, and A Level students see both halves of the course, with the second-year topics marked A2. The questions and mark schemes are from Cambridge International past papers; we sort them by topic, we don't write them.
Practise the topic, not the whole paper.
